This sculpture park is top rated and has been open since the 1960’s. I’ve been to this Hudson Valley park a few times and I love how you can explore the grounds all day and take in the natural beauty.

Storm King Art Center is located in New Windsor, NY and highlights artists and their work. Guests can visit this park to see unique exhibitions and more.

Storm King Art Center Will Reopen In May 2025 In The Hudson Valley

Storm King Art Center made an announcement on social media of their reopening date for the season.

They shared,

“Storm King reopens on Wednesday, May 7! We're thrilled that our 2025 season will open with a suite of special exhibitions by Kevin Beasley, Sonia Gomes, and Dionne Lee.”

They are open rain or shine and recommend that guests wear shoes that are suitable for walking. Storm King Art Center also suggests that guests check the weather before arriving.

What Can Guests Explore At Storm King Art Center In New Windsor, NY?

Guests can explore all that Storm King Art Center has to offer. Their museum store hours will reopen on May 7, 2025 as well from 10am-5pm. Their outdoor cafe reopens the same day from 10am-4pm.

I love that Storm King Art Center has bike rentals to explore the grounds. Their first bike rental begins at 10am with the last rental available at 4pm.

There’s fun for all ages at Storm King Art Center and I look forward to visiting them when it reopens!
