Recently, I came across information about a new brewery that opened in Sullivan County. NY. Two Farms Brewing recently opened in Bloomingburg, NY.
This 'serene' new brewery mentioned how they are located on a lavender field and maple farm. They also have hop fields and use their local ingredients in their brews to create one of a kind blends.

Where Does The Catskill Logger Reside In The Hudson Valley?
Two Farms Brewing made a post on social media on October 17, 2024 about the Hudson Valley's newest statue.
They mentioned,
"Have you met the Catskill Logger?
He's hanging out and ready to share a cold beer with you this weekend!
But hurry—he's hitting the road soon to snag a new shirt and find his perfect beer stein! "
Two Farms Brewing mentioned that guests may see the Catskill Logger riding through the Wurtsboro area soon.
