Firehouses in the Hudson Valley Selling Beautiful Fresh Christmas Trees

For many, this weekend is the time to be putting up your holiday tree. I am more of a third week in December kind of person but I know plenty of people who have their tree up and Santa ready.

Finding a fresh tree this year may take some doing. Some of the usual places you would get one annually may not be selling trees this year. If you are someone who buys your tree from your local fire department you may want to make sure they are still offering trees this year.

Hudson Valley Firehouses Selling Christmas Trees

Last week Wallkill Hook and Ladder shared that they took a trip to Vermont to get the trees they plan to sell. They posted the trip to Tester's Vermont Christmas Tree Farm on their social media page to let everyone know the trees were on the way.

Wallkill Hook and Ladder officially have their trees on sale on Weekdays from 6 PM to 9 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Mombasha Fire Company 526 State Route 17M in Monroe has trees for sale daily from 6 to 9 feet tall.

Highland Hose Co. 1 at 25 Milton Avenue in Highland is selling Christmas trees daily, Monday through Friday 5 PM to 7 PM and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 8 PM.

Montgomery Volunteer Fire Department also sells trees at the firehouse 137 Ward Street in Montgomery. Their hours are Monday 5 PM to 9 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM.

The Brewster Fire Department is also having a Christmas tree and wreath sale. Stop in at the 501 N Main Street firehouse and pick one for your holiday. They are selling great fresh trees and wreaths Monday through Friday 4 PM tp 8 PM, and Saturday and Sundays 10 AM to 8 PM.

Unfortunately for those of you who have purchased trees in the past from the Plattekill Fire Department, they have announced that they will not be having their annual tree sale.

Unfortunately, we encountered unforeseen logistical issues with obtaining trees, which led to this difficult decision. We plan to resume our tree sales fundraiser in 2025 with a new vendor and appreciate your patience and understanding.
