It's that time again! The Town of East Fishkill has announced their 2026 lineup of food trucks.

These amazing food trucks can be found weekly at 2670 Route 52 in East Fishkill. For the last few years the food trucks have attracted many locals and tourist with some phenomenal food choices like empanadas, lobster and sweet treats.

When To Find Your Favorite Food Truck in East Fishkill, New York

Empanada Mama, Cousins Maine Lobster and and The Cluck Truck are all approved to work throughout the town, but have specific days they will be at the Route 52 location.

The Cluck Truck - Thursdays 11:30 am until 6:30 pm
Cousins Maine Lobster - Fridays 12 noon until 8 pm
Empanada Mama - Fridays 12 noon until 4:30 pm

Don't Miss The East Fishkill Farmers Market

I had no idea that East Fishkill had their own farmers market! It looks like they begin at some point during the spring and it runs through October.

The East Fishkill Farmers Market is every Saturday from 10 am until 2 pm.

Their lineup includes Empanada Mama along with other local businesses like Snook Farm, Butter Hill Artisans, Anything Goes Candle Company, Hudson Valley and others.
